摘要
高职教育是解决“技能人才培养低效”、“技能人才短缺”等问题的主要教育形式,高职学生工程实训是直接影响我国高职院校人才培养水平的重要方法。本文从高职院校学生工程实训能力培养现状和培养目标角度,探究高职学生工程实训能力培养途径,充分发挥工程实训重要作用,在工程实训教学过程中培养、提升学生的专业知识、专业技能、工程意识、职业素质和工程能力。
The higher vocational education is a major form of education to solve the problems of“the low efficiency of cultivation,and the lack of skilled manpower”.Engineering training to higher vocational students is an important method that directly affects the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges in China.In this paper,from the perspective of the current situation and objectives of engineering practical training ability cultivation to students in higher vocational colleges,the way to cultivate the engineering practical training ability of higher vocational students has been explored,and the important role of engineering training has been given full play.In the process of practical engineering teaching,students professional knowledge,professional skills,engineering consciousness,professional quality and engineering ability are cultivated and improved.
