摘要
在全面推进高职教育教学改革的进程中,突出实训教学是培养技能人才的动力之源。而实训教学是高职教育的重要组成部分,是实践教学环节中的关键因素,是实现培养目标不可缺少、不容忽视的重要环节之一,具有举足轻重的地位和作用。注重校内外实训基地建设,加大实训教学改革力度,加强“双师型”实训教师队伍建设。既是培养技能人才的必然需求,又是突出人才特色,形成学院办学特色的重要举措,从而促进学院健康持续发展。
During the reform in higher professional education, stressing the cultivation of practical skills becomes the initiative factor of cultivating the talented persons. Practical training is the very important and inseparable component in higher professional education, which should not be neglected. We should pay great attention on the construction of practical training sites, deepen the reform of practical training and cultivate the faculty with ample practical experience and knowledge. Only in this way, can we meet the requirements of cultivating skillful graduates, feature the ability of graduates, form the advantage of our college and keep our college in healthy sustainable development.
