摘要
为研究在高海拔地区液化石油气燃料燃烧效率等问题,在海拔1000m至4500m的自然环境中,采用自制液化石油气燃烧试验装置并自行设计两种烧水壶进行实验研究.研究不同海拔、燃气流量、加热时间及水壶类型与沸点、水温升及温升速度之间的关系.结果表明,受海拔因素影响,燃料燃烧效率及热效率降低;海拔与水沸点、加热时间、温升速度及热效率具有对应的线性关系;不同海拔下,水加热时间与水温升之间线性相关;不同海拔地区,研究热水壶类型可以提高热效率.这为进一步提高高海拔地区燃料燃烧效率及热效率利用,居民环境改善具有现实意义.
In order to study the combustion efficiency of LPG fuel at high altitude.Using self-made Experiments were carried out to study the effects of water temperature rise at the different altitudes,gas flow(or flame size)and kettle type,by using the combustion test device that burns self-made liquefied petroleum gases and two kinds of self-designed kettle,flat bottom and concave bottom,in the natural environment of 1000 meters to 4500 meters.For the different altitude,gas flow and kettle types,the experiments found that there is a good linear relationship between heating time and the temperature rise of water in a kettle,the altitude and the rate of water temperature rise,the altitude and boiling point of water,the altitude and heating time of the boiling point,the altitude and thermal efficiency.When the gas flow is identical,it can slow down the rate of water temperature rise and reduce the thermal efficiency of the combustion device to increase the altitude.When the altitude is identical,it can accelerate the rate of water temperature rise and improve the thermal efficiency of the combustion device,but also increase the thermal efficiency loss to increase the gas flow.Under the high altitude and small fire conditions,it has a certain energy-saving effect to use a concave bottom kettle.
