摘要
目的观察扶正祛邪针刺法联合推拿对颈椎病患者颈椎活动度、颈椎曲度及疼痛状况的影响。方法将90例颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组45例予盐酸乙哌立松片治疗;观察组45例在对照组治疗基础上予扶正祛邪针刺法联合推拿治疗。2组均治疗3周后统计临床疗效,并观察比较2组治疗前后颈椎活动度评分、颈椎曲度、疼痛状况[疼痛分级指数(PRI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现在疼痛状况(PPI)],以及主要症状(颈肩部疼痛、颈部活动受限、颈部压痛、上肢麻木疼痛、上肢肌力下降)评分。结果观察组总有效率91.1%,对照组总有效率75.6%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组颈椎活动度评分、颈椎曲度均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组PRI评分、PPI评分、VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组颈肩部疼痛评分、颈部活动受限评分、颈部压痛评分、上肢麻木疼痛评分、上肢肌力下降评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正祛邪针刺法联合推拿能够改善颈椎病患者颈椎活动度,促进颈椎生理曲度的恢复,有助于缓解疼痛等不适症状。
Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Quxie acupuncture combined with massage on cervical spine activity, cervical curvature and pain status in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods 90 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 45 cases in control group were treated by eperisone hydrochloride tablets. 45 cases in observation group were treated by Fuzheng Quxie acupuncture combined with massage on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment for 3 weeks, and the scores of cervical spine activity, cervical curvature, pain status [pain rating index(PRI), visual analogue scale(VAS), present pain intensity(PPI)], and main symptoms scores(neck and shoulder pain, limited neck activity, neck tenderness, numbness and pain of upper limbs, decreased muscle strength of upper limbs) before and after treatment were observed and compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.1%, and 75.6% in the control group. The clinical curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the cervical activity score and cervical curvature were increased in both groups(P<0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the PRI score, PPI score and VAS score of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the neck and shoulder pain scores, limited neck activity score, neck tenderness score, numbness and pain of upper limbs score, decreased muscle strength of upper limbs score were increased in the two groups(P<0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fuzheng Quxie acupuncture combined with massage can improve the cervical activity of patients with cervical spondylosis, promote the recovery of cervical curvature, and help relieve pain and other symptoms.
