摘要
航运业作为经济全球化的重要纽带,其所面临的内外部环境变得愈加复杂和多样化。在残酷的竞争环境中,集装箱航运企业想要生存下去,就必须提升自身的核心竞争力,通过流程优化与再造提升服务效率和服务水平。文中介绍精益管理思想的核心目标及内涵,提出基于精益管理的客服流程优化方法,通过实践检验和持续改进新流程,希望可以对企业提高自身竞争力有所帮助。
Shipping industry,as an important link of economic globalization,is facing increasingly complex and diversified internal and external environment.In the harsh competitive environment,if container shipping enterprises want to survive,they must improve their core competitiveness,and improve service efficiency and service level through process optimization.This paper introduces the core goal and connotation of lean management,and puts forward a customer service process optimization method based on lean management.Through practice inspection and continuous improvement of the new process,It is expected to help enterprises improve their competitiveness.
