摘要
探讨了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定纺织材料中6种重金属总量的方法。采用硝酸-双氧水体系优化了微波消解条件,同时测定了纺织品及其装饰材料中的Sb、As、Cd、Cr、Ba和Pb总量。测定的6种重金属总量在12.5~200.0μg/L时呈良好的线性关系;相关系数均不小于0.9996,加标回收率为93.40%~100.05%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~4.7%,6种重金属的检出限和定量限分别为0.07~0.22μg/L和0.23~0.73μg/L。该方法在精密度、准确度和灵敏度方面均能满足日益严苛的相关实验标准要求,可实现多元素同时分析,有效提高检测效率,为纺织材料中重金属总量的检测提供技术储备。
The simultaneous determination of total amount of six heavy metals in textile materials by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established. By using nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide system and optimizing microwave digestion conditions, the total amount of Sb, As, Cd, Cr, Ba and Pb in textiles and decorative materials was determined simultaneously. The total amount of six heavy metals determined showed a good linear relationship during 12.5~200.0 μg / L. The correlation coefficients were above 0.999 6, the recovery rate was 93.40%~100.05%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%~4.7%. The detection limit and the quantitative limit of six heavy metals were 0.07~0.22 μg/L and 0.23~ 0.73 μg/L, respectively. This method could meet the increasingly stringent requirements of relevant experimental standards in terms of precision, accuracy and sensitivity. It could realize simultaneous multi-element analysis, effectively improve the detection efficiency, and provide technical reserves for the detection of total heavy metals in textile materials.
