恒压水泵手动真空抽气装置结构设计及仿真

摘要 市场上现有真空抽气装置体积大,不便于携带,使用前装配过程复杂。轻便型离心式恒压水泵启动时存在排气困难,需要加装真空抽气装置。设计制作手动真空抽气装置,包括3D结构设计、虚拟装配、运动仿真验证及材料选择。该装置通过活塞的往复运动从腔体内吸气,具有体积小、重量轻、成本低、装配结构简单、携带使用方便等优点,适用于中小型工程机械、农用机械及其他需要排气的产品。 The present vacuum pumps on the market are bulky and not potable.Pre-use assembly process is complex. It is difficult to exhaust when a portable centrifugal constant pressure water pump starts up, so it is necessary to install a vacuum pump.Manual vacuum pump has been designed and manufactured, including the design of 3D structure, virtual assembly, motion simulation verification and material selection.It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low cost and simple assembly structure. It is also easy to carry and use. It is suitable for small and medium-sized construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other products that need to be exhausted.
