摘要
以Flowmaster软件为平台,对包括消防泵、阀门、管路和水枪等元件的消防供水系统流动性能进行了模拟计算。计算中分别选取了离心泵和恒压泵作为供水泵元件。计算得到了不同阀门开度下、两种消防泵并联、不同水枪数目时的泵效率、扬程、流量以及水枪出口流速的变化规律,探讨了消防泵水力性能对供水系统的影响,为优化消防供水系统操作及消防泵的选型提供理论依据。
The flow characteristics of a fire water supply system were numerically simulated by the software Flowmaster. The system was mainly composed of fire pump, valve, pipes and water guns. In the simulation, the centrifugal pump and the constant-pressure pump were selected as the water supply pump. The variations of pump efficiency, head, flow rate and water gun exit velocity were obtained in different valve openings under two kinds of fire pumps when connecting to different number of guns. The effects of pump hydraulic performance on the fire water supply system was compared and discussed, in order to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the fire water supply system operation and fire pump selection.
