摘要
目的研究自主复苏体位干预对妇科腹腔镜患者术后舒适度的影响。方法选取2018年10月~2019年3月萍乡市人民医院收治的80例妇科腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组术后予以常规的复苏体位干预,观察组予以自主复苏体位干预。对比两组患者的复苏室滞留时间、下肢血栓形成率、舒适度以及满意度情况。结果护理干预后,观察组患者的麻醉后监测治疗室(PACU)滞留时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察者的舒适度评分、满意率均明显高于对照组,下肢血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜患者实行自主复苏体位干预能有效缩短患者的麻醉恢复时间,降低下肢血栓发生率,提高患者的舒适度和满意度。
Objective To study the influence of autonomic resuscitation position intervention on postoperative comfort of gynecological laparoscopic patients. Methods Eighty patients with gynecological laparoscopic patients admitted to Pingxiang People′s Hospital from October 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given a routine resuscitation position intervention, and the observation group was given a spontaneous resuscitation position intervention. Resuscitation chamber retention time, lower extremity thrombosis rate, comfort and satisfaction were compared in patients between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the retention time of PACU in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The comfort score and satisfaction of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of lower limb thrombosis of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Autonomic resuscitation position intervention in gynecological laparoscopic patients can effectively shorten the recovery time of anesthesia, reduce the incidence of lower limb thrombosis, and improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients.
