油菜花粉添加富硒酵母对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨添加富硒酵母的油菜花粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响,以期为制定提高缺硒地区人群免疫功能的措施提供参考。方法经口灌胃给予昆明小鼠250mg/kg,500mg/kg,1500mg/kg3个剂量的油菜花粉富硒酵母混合物(低、中、高剂量组),以蒸馏水为对照(阴性对照组),30d后测定小鼠体质量、胸腺质量、脾脏质量、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及NK细胞活性。结果低、中、高剂量组小鼠脾脏质量/体质量比值和胸腺质量/体质量比值与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。刀豆蛋白A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验结果显示:低、中剂量组光密度差值分别为0.116±0.042及0.123±0.049,明显高于阴性对照组的0.075±0.031(P<0.05)。小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验结果显示:低、中、高剂量组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬指数分别为0.377±0.150,0.539±0.261及0.403±0.113,均高于阴性对照组的0.203±0.072(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率分别为(24.0±6.8)%,(28.6±8.1)%及(22.6±4.4)%,均高于阴性对照组的(15.2±4.2)%(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率平方根反正旋转换值分别为32.4±4.8,35.7±5.7及31.4±3.4,均高于阴性对照组的25.4±3.6(P<0.05)。低、中、高剂量组小鼠NK细胞活性及其数据转换值与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论油菜花粉富硒酵母混合物对小鼠细胞免疫功能和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能均有增强作用,可提高小鼠的免疫功能,因此可以尝试用于免疫功能低下人群尤其是缺硒地区的免疫功能低下人群。 Objective To assess the effects of rape pollen added with selenium-enriched yeasts on immune functions in mice models,so as to provide evidence for the development of measures to enhance the immunity of populations in selenium-deficient regions.Methods Kunming mice were orally administered with rape pollen added with selenium-enriched yeasts at doses of 250,500,and 1 500 mg/kg,respectively (low-,medium-,and high-dose groups),while those control mice were administered with distilled water (negative control group).At day 30,the body mass,thymus weight,spleen weight,cellular immune function,humoral immune function,macrophage phagocytic function,and NK cell activity were measured and compared.Results The spleen weight/body mass ratio and thymus weight/body mass ratio in the low-,medium-,and high-dose groups were similar to those in the negative control group ( P >0.05).ConA-induced mouse spleen lymphocyte transformation test showed that,the optical density values in the low- and medium-dose groups were significantly higher than that in the control group (0.116±0.042 and 0.123±0.049 versus 0.075±0.031,both P <0.05).According to the mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes test,the phagocytic indexes in the low-,medium-,and high-dose groups were significantly higher than that in the control group (0.377±0.150,0.539±0.261 and 0.403±0.113 versus 0.203±0.072,all P <0.05);the phagocytic rates in the three dose groups were also significantly higher than that in the control group (24.0%±6.8%,28.6%±8.1%,22.6%±4.4% versus 15.2%± 4.2%,all P <0.05);the square arcsine transformation values of phagocytic rate in the three dose groups were also significantly higher than that in the control group (32.4±4.8,35.7±5.7 and 31.4±3.4 versus 25.4±3.6,all P <0.05).Besides,the NK cell activity and its transformation values were comparable among these groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion Rape pollen mixed with selenium-enriched yeasts may improve the cellular immune function and macrophage phagocytic function,an
