摘要
增强免疫活性是多糖重要的生物活性。多糖对机体的特异性和非特异性免疫功能具有增强作用,其机制是通过促进细胞因子的分泌、激活巨噬细胞、NK细胞和T,B淋巴细胞、促进抗体生成、激活补体系统、促进红细胞免疫功能及增强网状内皮系统功能等增强机体免疫功能。该文对近年来植物多糖免疫调节作用的研究进展加以阐述。
Enhancing immunocompetence is the significant bioactivity of polysaccharides which can enhance special and nonspecial immunological function of organism. Its mechanisms are to promote the secretion of cytokine and the production of antibody, and to activate macrophage, NK cell and T, B lymphocytes, complement system, erythrocyte immunity, and the function of reticuloendothelial system. This article summarized the recent advanement in the research about immunoregulation of botan -polysaccharides.
