摘要
目的:观察鼻三针透刺治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:将150例符合纳入标准的患者随机分成两组,观察组给予鼻三针(迎香、上迎香、印堂)透刺治疗,对照组予以氯雷他定片口服作为阳性对照。治疗20天后观察两组受试者喷嚏、清水样涕、鼻塞、鼻痒等临床症状及体征,并进行6个月后的随访跟踪,比较两组的临床效果。结果:1个疗程后观察组与对照组的鼻症状、体征评分及临床疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05),6个月后随访时,观察组的鼻症状改善与对照组比较具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:鼻三针透刺治疗变应性鼻炎疗效确切,且6个月内效果稳定。
Objective:To obsevre the clinical efficacy of penetration needling of nasal three-point treating allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods:150 AR cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with penetration needling of nasal three-point(LI20,EX-HN8,EX- HN3),and the control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets.The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed after 20 days of the treatment.The follow-up was carried out after six months.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results:After one course of treatment,there were no significant differences in the curative effect,the improvements of nasal symptoms and the sign scores between the observation group and the control group( P >0.05).During the follow-up,the improvements of nasal symptoms of the observation group were significant than those of the control group( P <0.01). Conclusion:Penetration needling of nasal three-point is effective in treating AR,and the efficacy lasts stably within 6 months.
