摘要
运用语料库证据的研究方法对《黄帝内经》中的"死"字进行统计分析,探讨"死"字在分布、数量、类型等方面所表达的意义。统计显示,《黄帝内经》共出现"死"字493次,涉及章节79篇,其中《素问·玉机真脏论篇》出现次数最多为34次,涉及内容以"真脏脉"为首。单字概念共使用209次,有5种含义,以病机、症状的描述和与"生"相对两类专业意义居多;多字概念共使用284次,表达含义有13种,以描述死亡时间预后为多。一般意义与专业意义比例约为5∶100,有84%的"死"字是关于病机、症状的描述,可定论"死"字在文中普遍表示死亡含义,但仍然有不可忽视的含义之一是宏观层面更多地强调辨证施治中某些内容的重要性,同时其传达了一种向死而生的思想。
The research method of corpus evidence was used to conduct a statistical analysis of the word "death" in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》),and to explore the meaning of the word"death"in terms of distribution,quantity and type.Statistics showed that the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor had a total of 493 "dead"characters,involving 79 chapters,of which Discussion on Geunine-Zang Pulse in Plain Question appeared up to the most34 times,involving content of "geunine-zang pulse" at the top.The concept of single word was used 209 times covering five meanings.And most of them had 2 types of professional meanings of "the description of pathogenesis and symptoms" and "the opposite of alive".The concept of multi-word was used 284 times,covering 13 kinds of meanings.Most of them were description of the prognosis and death time.The ratio of general meaning to professional meaning was about 5∶100.Upto 84% of the word "dead"was description of pathogenesis and symptoms.It can be concluded that the word "death"generally means death in the text,but there is still a meaning that cannot be ignored,for example,the macro level emphasizes the importance of certain contents in syndrome differentiation and treatment,and it conveys a kind of thought that being-towards-death.
