摘要
目的探讨精细化护理模式在高危压疮患者中的护理效果及其对患者自护能力的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月,清华大学第一附属医院收治的高危压疮患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予精细化护理模式,对照组给予常规护理干预。比较两组患者的治愈时间、护理效果和自护能力等。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者治愈时间(t=10.139,P=0.000);换药间隔时间(t=7.247,P=0.000);换药次数(t=9.865,P=0.000)和治疗总有效率(χ^2=6.839,P=0.000)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。在患者自护能力方面比较,两组患者护理后健康状况评分、生活能力评分、社会活动评分、心理活动评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论精细化护理模式能够有效缩短压疮的治愈时间,改善治疗效果,提高患者的自护能力。
Objective To discuss the effect of refined nursing on pressure sores and self-care ability of patients with high-risk pressure ulcers. Methods 60 patients with high-risk pressure ulcers who were treated in The First Hospital of Tsinghua University from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the experimental group were given a refined nursing care, while 30 patients in the control group were given traditional nursing care.The healing time, nursing effect and self-care ability were compared. Results There were significant differences in the healing time(t=10.139, P=0.000), wound dressing interval(t=7.247, P=0.000), times of dressing changing(t=9.865, P=0.000), total therapeutic efficiency(χ^2=6.839, P=0.000) between the two groups.The scores of overall health, daily life ability, social activity, mental ability were all increased in two groups after the nursing(P=0.000). Conclusions The refined nursing mode can effectively shorten the healing time, improve the therapeutic effect as well as self-care ability of patients with high-risk of pressure ulcers.
