摘要
目的比较分析腹腔镜与小切口微创手术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月至2016年6月在该院就诊的232例急性结石性胆囊炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组共计120例患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗,对照组共计112例患者行小切口胆囊切除术(MC)治疗。统计两组患者的手术相关指标、术后恢复指标和其他疗效指标。结果相比于小切口微创组,腹腔镜微创组患者的手术时间较短,术中出血量较少,切口长度较短,术后肠功能恢复时间、术后下床活动时间和术后住院时间均较短,术后并发症发生率更低,术后生存质量更优,但手术总费用也相对较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜微创手术应用于急性结石性胆囊炎治疗的疗效显著,安全性高,恢复快,建议在临床上得到更多地推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and small incision minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of acute lithic cholecystitis. Methods A total of 232 acute lithic cholecystitis patients from June 2013 to June 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group with 120 patients was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC),the control group with 112 patients was treated by small incision cholecystectomy (MC).The surgical related indexes,postoperative recovery indexes and some other clinical indexes of the two groups were observed. Results Compared to small incision minimally invasive group,the mean operative time of the patients in laparoscopic minimally invasive group was less,the intraoperative bleeding volume was less,the incision length was shorter,the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,the postoperative activity out of bed time and the postoperative hospital stay time were less,the postoperative complication rates was lower,the postoperative quality of life was better,but the total surgical charge was higher.The differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in treatment of patients with acute lithic cholecystitis has the advantages of authentic curative effect,high safety and fast recovering.So,it is worthy for clinical popularization.
