摘要
矿用双履带全液压自动钻机具有劳动强度低、钻孔效率高、安全性好等优点。最主要的特点是通过机械手抓、卸钻杆等一系列动作实现钻机自动上、下钻杆。为了保证机械手抓卸顺畅、动作到位、使用寿命长等,需要对机械手的关键零部件旋转轴、回转定位套和活动爪机构进行加工工艺研究,研究出更加合理的加工工艺,提高产品质量,从而确保整体钻机的质量。
The double-track fully hydraulic automatic drilling rig has the advantages of low labor strength,high drilling efficiency and good safety.The most important feature is the automatic up and down drill rod through a series of actions such as mechanical grip and unloading drill pipe.In order to ensure the advantages of smooth handling,movement,and long service life of the manipulator,it is necessary to conduct a series of processing research on the rotating shaft,rotary positioning sleeve,and movable claw mechanism of the key parts of the manipulator,and develop a more reasonable processing process.Improve product quality to ensure overall rig quality.
