摘要 针对第一代ZYWL-4000SY型双履带遥控全自动钻机结构强度不足、夹持器打滑、上下钻杆效率低等问题,对多个关键部件进行优化,提高了结构强度与刚度,延长了部件使用寿命;对主多路阀流量、系统控制方式等进行优化,提高了液压系统执行效率与精度,简化了管路;对电液控制系统和并行工序进行优化,提高了自动上、下钻杆效率。现场应用表明,优化设计大幅提高了钻机的可靠性与施工效率。 Problems of the 1st generation of the ZYWL-4000SY double-crawler full-automatic drilling,including the lack of structural strength,the gripper slipping,the low efficiency of the pipe loading and unloading and so on are exposed.The structural strength and the rigidity are enhanced and the service life is prolonged by optimizations to the key components.The operating speed and accuracy of the hydraulic system are both enhanced and the pipelines are highly simplified by optimizations to the flow of the main multi-way valve and the controlling method.The efficiency of automatic pipe loading and unloading is promoted by optimizations to the hydraulic-electronic system and the parallel processes.It is proved that the stability and the working efficiency are both highly advanced by the optimizing design.
