结肠癌组织表皮生长因子受体的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

Expression of epidermal growth factor receptor in colon cancer with different pathological charac-teristics and its clinical significance

摘要 目的探讨结肠癌中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达与其临床病理特征及生存期之间的关系.方法收集结肠癌组织400例,应用免疫组织化学方法测定EGFR的表达,采用χ^2检验分析EGFR与患者临床病理特征的关系;采用Kaplan-Meier法计算患者生存率并行Log-rank检验;应用Cox比例风险回归模型分析患者预后影响因素.结果 EGFR在结肠癌中表达增高,高表达率为52.50%(210/400),结肠癌中EGFR的高表达与患者的年龄、性别、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及分化类型无明显相关(χ^2=2.673、1.095、0.047、0.730、0.058,P均>0.05),但与患者的TNM分期、5年生存期、浸润深度、淋巴管癌栓和神经或血管或脉管侵犯明显相关(χ^2=57.165、9.265、4.375、31.191、10.176,P均<0.05).结论 EGFR的高表达可能与结肠癌的发生发展及预后明显相关. Objective To investigate the relationship between epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression in colon cancer and its clinicopathological characteristics and survival. MethodsThe express of EGFR in 400 colon were evaluated by using immunohistochemistry, the relationship between EGFR and clinicopathological factors was analyzed by χ^2 test;Kaplan Meier method was used to calculate the survival rate of patients and the parallel log-rank test was performed;Cox proportional risk regression model was used to analyze prognostic factors. ResultsThe positive expression of EGFR in colon cancer tissues was 52.50%(210/400). Up-expression of EGFR was not significant correlated with patients’ age, nor with sex, lymphnode metastasis, tumor size and differentiation grade (the χ^2 values were respectively 2.673, 1.095, 0.047, 0.73 and 0.058, the P values were all >0.05), but clear related with tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) stage, 5-years survival of patients, the depth of invasion, lymphatic cancer thrombus and invasion of nerves or vessels (The χ^2 values were respectively 57.165, 9.265, 4.375, 31.191 and 10.176, the P values were all <0.05). ConclusionHigh expression of EGFR may be distinct associated with the development and prognosis of colon cancer.
