Expression of CD147 and Snail in prostate carcinoma and their clinical value

摘要 目的探讨前列腺癌组织中CD147和锌指转录因子Snail的表达水平及临床意义.方法收集25例前列腺增生组织和80例前列腺癌组织标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测在其中的CD147和Snail的表达水平.应用SPSS22.0统计软件分析,各组间比较采用t检验.结果CD147在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为61.25%(49/80),明显高于前列腺增生组织阳性表达率[8.00%(2/25)],差异有统计学意义(t=21.622,P<0.01);CD147表达水平与前列腺癌组织学分级、精囊腺侵犯、临床分期明显相关(t=7.145、4.691、5.877,P<0.05).Snail在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为66.25%(53/80),明显高于前列腺增生组织阳性表达率[24.00%(6/25)],差异有统计学意义(t=13.812,P<0.01);Snail表达水平与前列腺癌组织学分级和临床分期明显相关(P<0.05).结论CD147和Snail的高表达参与前列腺癌的发生发展. Objective To investigate the expression of CD147 and Snail in prostate carcinoma and their clinical value.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to assess the expression of CD147 and Snail in 25 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues and 80 cases of prostate carcinoma tissues from February 2014 to September 2018.Results The positive rate of CD147 expression was 61.25% (49/80) in prostate carcinoma tissues,significantly higher than 8.00% (2/25) in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues (t =21.622,P < 0.01).The expression of CD147 was associated with histology grade,seminal vesicle invasion and clinical stage of prostate carcinoma (respectively,t =7.145,4.691 and 5.877,P < 0.05).The positive rate of Snail expression was 66.25% (53/80) in prostate carcinoma tissues,significantly higher than 24.00% (6/25) in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues (t =13.812,P <0.01).The expression of Snail was associated with histology grade and clinical stage of prostate carcinoma (respectively,P < 0.05).Conclusion The elevated expression of CD147 and Snail might be involved in the development of prostate carcinoma.
