摘要 广东电网负荷特性具有峰谷差大、负荷高峰以及低谷衔接区间负荷爬升、下降速度极快的特点,为了更好地量化评估省内机组日发电计划和西电曲线配合的合理性,对广东电网调峰调频现状进行了分析,并构建了一套日发电计划合理性评估指标体系,该体系包含速率指标、趋势指标、调峰指标,分别解决省内机组和西电调节速率不相匹配、省内火电机组反调以及火电机组退AGC调峰的问题,实际应用表明,该指标提升了日发电计划安排的安全性以及与实时调度衔接的顺畅性。 The power load of Guangdong power grid has a large peak-valley difference,and varies sharply between peak and valley join sections during some periods.In order to carry out better quantitative evaluation for the units daily generation scheduling in the province and the rationality of western electric curve coordination,this paper analyzed the current situation of Guangdong power grid peak shaving index and frequency modulation and established a set of daily generation scheduling rationality evaluation target system,including speed indexes,tendency indexes and peak shaving indexes and solving the problems such as the non-matching between the units in the province and western electric adjusting speed,thermal power generating unit anti-regulation in the province and quitting automatic gain control(AGC) peak shaving.The practical application shows that this index promotes the security of daily generation scheduling arrangement and the smoothness of real-time scheduling join.
