摘要
目的对比超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术与传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的疗效。方法选取2015年6月~2018年12月本院收治的乳腺良性肿瘤患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。观察组行超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗,对照组行传统手术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、术后创面疼痛程度、切口愈合时间及并发症情况。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、VAS评分、切口愈合时间均优于对照组[(4.52±2.12)ml vs(10.64±3.25)ml]、[(17.52±4.58)minvs(31.48±10.25)min]、[(2.87±1.12)分vs(4.35±1.21)分]、[(3.29±1.16)dvs(6.15±2.14)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为3.57%,低与对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统手术相比,超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术对乳腺良性肿瘤患者创伤较小,利于减轻患者术后疼痛程度,促进切口愈合,且安全性更高。
Objective To compare the efficacy of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive mammography with conventional surgery for benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 112 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.The observation group underwent ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery for mammoth mammary gland.The control group underwent conventional surgery.The surgical outcomes,postoperative wound pain,wound healing time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,VAS score and wound healing time were better than the control group [(4.52±2.12) ml vs (10.64±3.25) ml],[(17.52±4.58) min vs (31.48±10.25)min],[(2.87 ± 1.12) points vs (4.35 ± 1.21) points],[(3.29 ± 1.16) d vs (6.15 ± 2.14) d],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.57%,which was lower than that in the control group 14.29%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery,ultrasound-guided minimally invasive mammoth mammography has less trauma to patients with benign breast tumors,which is beneficial to reduce postoperative pain and promote wound healing,and it is safer.
