摘要
目的分析疏肝散结汤联合小金胶囊治疗乳腺结节微创旋切术后的临床疗效。方法选取武宁县中医院2021年1月—2023年3月收治的70例乳腺结节微创旋切术治疗患者,随机数字表法分为2组,对照组术后服用小金胶囊,观察组则给予小金胶囊联合疏肝散结汤治疗,分析2组患者临床相关数据。结果观察组治疗后的炎症因子指标(IL-2、IL-6)、雌激素指标、免疫功能指标以及各项症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用疏肝散结汤和小金胶囊可以改善患者的免疫功能、调节激素平衡、提高免疫细胞水平,并缓解乳腺结节相关症状。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of Shugan Sanjie decoction combined with Xiaojin capsule in treating patients after minimally invasive circumcision of breast nodules.Methods A total of 70 patients treated with minimally invasive circumcision of breast nodules in Wuning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number method.The control group received postoperative treatment with Xiaojin capsule,while the observation group received postoperative treatment with Xiaojin capsule combined with Shugan Sanjie decoction.Clinical data of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results After treatment,the inflammatory factor indicators,estrogen,immune function,and various symptom scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of Shugan Sanjie decoction and Xiaojin capsules can improve patients’immune function,regulate hormone balance,increase immune cell levels,and alleviate symptoms related to breast nodules.
