摘要
电厂脱硝是防治NOx的重要手段,脱硝后的粉煤灰的应用需要更多技术研究。本文研究了脱硝粉煤灰对水泥标准稠度、凝结时间、水泥胶砂扩展度、强度等的影响,并与未脱硝粉煤灰进行对比。研究结果表明,脱硝粉煤灰的掺入降低了水泥标准稠度,初凝时间稍微延长,终凝时间有所缩短;脱硝粉煤灰使得水泥胶砂扩展度有所增加,经时损失较未脱硝灰明显。随着脱硝灰掺量增加,3d和7d水泥抗折和抗压强度降低,后期强度增长,但劣于未脱硝粉煤灰。
Denitrification in power plants is an important means to prevent and control NOx. The application of fly ash after denitrification requires more technical research. In this paper, the effects of denitrification fly ash on the standard consistency, setting time, expansion and strength of cement mortarwere are studied and compared with those of non- denitrification fly ash. The results show that addition of denitrification fly ash can reduce the standard consistency of cement, slightly prolongs the initial setting time and shorten the final setting time.While the expansion of cement mortar with denitrification fly ash increases, and the loss is more obvious than that of fly ash without denitrification. With the increase of denitrification ash content, the 3d and 7d flexural and compressive strength of cement decreases, and the later strength increases, but it is inferior to that of non-denitrification fly ash.
