摘要
遵循E航海理念,基于现有的航海保障技术,对岸基和船载助航设备的功能开发进行总结与阐释。在此基础上,提出以船舶安全管理体系为基础,以丰富船舶助导航设备的功能和减轻船舶驾驶员的工作强度为目标的技术理念,使船舶驾驶员能将更多的精力投入到航行值班上来,从而进一步提升船舶的安全航行性能。此外,根据航海保障的发展需求,对助导航设备研发工作中面临的机遇和挑战进行探讨。
To meet the demands of improving convenience in intelligent ship navigation, a review of the development of intelligent technology in navigation support and maritime safety is presented with the focus on the shore-based and ship borne navigation aids.The concept proposed is that the management should take the advantages of state-of-the-art navigation aids to implement the ship safety management scheme and develop navigational support functions for relieving the navigators from their workload.The opportunities and challenges in navigation support development is discussed.
