摘要
新型武器系统对电机响应速度提出了更高的要求,本文通过对电机转子进行减重设计,并对转子进行强度校核,在满足机械强度的前提下尽可能的降低电机转动惯量,以达到提高电机响应速度的目的。本文设计的永磁无刷电机响应时间不超过40ms,样机测试结果表明,电机性能能够满足指标要求。
The new weapon system puts forward a better demand for the motor response speed.In this paper, reduced the rotor weight to reduce the motor inertia as far as possible,and then checked the strength of motor to make sure the mechanical strength meet demand.This can achieve the purpose of increasing the motor response speed.The response time of the permanent magnet brushless motor is no more than 40ms.According to the motor scheme,a prototype was produced. The test results of the prototype show that the motor performance can meet the index requirement.
