摘要
以永磁无刷直流电动机作为模型,应用Ansoft的Maxwell 2D有限元分析软件建立了永磁直流无刷电动机的二维模型,运用瞬态求解器对电动机空载启动过程进行了电磁场的瞬态特性分析,分析结果为电动机的进一步优化设计提供了理论基础和依据.
In order to improve the design accuracy of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor, a perma- nent magnet brushless DC motor was adopted as the analysis model and a two - dimensional model of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor was established using the Ansoft of Maxwell 2D finite element analysis software. Furthermore, the finite element analysis of electromagnetic field which was in motor no - load conditions was done using the transient solver. Finally, the results of finite element analysis in transient electromagnetic field were obtained and these theoretical analysis results are consistent with prototype test results. Moreover, these resuits provided theory basis and foundation for the motor to further optimize design and at the same time can be consulted by the other electromagnetic design of the same type of permanent magnet brushless DC motor.
