摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,各大城市间展开对人才的争夺,作为地方高等师范院校,除了培养满足地方基础教育所需的高素质人才外,也应该和其他高校一起向地方输送社会经济发展所需要的各行业专业技术人员,而目前高等师范院校中的部分工科专业学生对所学专业认可度不高,从而导致学习兴趣低,影响考试成绩。文章以淮阴师范学院工程造价专业为研究对象,通过专业就业前景、专业课课程等教学研究,提出工程造价专业复合型人才培养教学相关建议,进一步提高学生的专业课程学习兴趣和考试成绩,希望对我国其他师范类高等院校开设工程造价专业起到一定的推动作用。
With the rapid development of social economy, the competition for talents has been launched among the major cities. As a local normal university, besides cultivating high-quality talents to meet the needs of local basic education, it should also work with other universities to transport all kinds of professionals and technicians needed for social and economic development to the local areas. At present, some engineering majors have low recognition of their majors, which leads to low interest in learning and affects the test results. Taking the engineering cost specialty of Huaiyin Normal University as the research object, through the teaching research of professional employment prospects, professional courses and so on, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the training and teaching of compound talents of engineering cost specialty, and further improves students’interest in professional courses and examination results, hoping to play a certain role in promoting the establishment of engineering cost specialty in other normal colleges and universities in China.
