摘要
利用线路试验获取的C80型敞车铝合金车体垂向、纵向、侧滚和扭转载荷谱,分析了应力强度因子变化规律,确定了不同裂纹深度、不同载荷情况下的裂纹扩展速率,得到了C80型车体关键部位裂纹的扩展规律和剩余寿命,为制定科学的检修周期提供依据。
With the vertical, longitudinal, rolling and torsion load spectrums obtained in the track tests on the aluminum carbodies of C 80 cars, the change law of stress intensity factors are analyzed, the crack growth rate under different crack depths and different loads are determined, the propagation law of cracks in key parts of the C 80 gondola carbodies as well as the residual life is obtained, providing scientific basis for setting up the cycles of inspection and repair.
