核电厂仪表管基于固有频率的裂纹识别 被引量:1

摘要 核电厂中的仪表管道,振动剧烈导致管道产生疲劳裂纹,使核电厂的安全稳定运行受到严重威胁。为了对疲劳裂纹进行有效识别,本文采用基于固有频率的裂纹识别方法。通过有限元软件ABAQUS 对悬臂约束方式的含裂纹仪表管进行有限元建模,分析了含裂纹管的前四阶固有频率变化率随裂纹位置、裂纹深度的变化规律。研究结果能够为核电厂仪表管道疲劳裂纹的检测提供可靠的理论基础。 The instrumentation pipeline in nuclear power plant is fatigued and damaged by severe vibration, which has a serious impact on the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plant. In order to effectively identify the fatigue crack of instrumentation pipelines in nuclear power plants, a simple and easy-to-implement method based on natural frequency was proposed. The finite element model of instrument pipe with crack was established by finite element software ABAQUS. The variation rule of the four natural frequencies of pipeline with crack location and depth under cantilever restraint was analyzed. The results can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the fatigue crack detection of nuclear power instrument pipeline.
