摘要
目的分析研究阶段性专科带教方法在肿瘤科护理教学中的效果应用。方法选择于该院2017年6月—2019年1月进行入科学习的护生共50名,按照随机表法分为观察组和对照组各25名。在护生进行入科前专科理论知识的考试后,25名观察组护生于第1周由专职护师进行整体学生护理带教后,第2~4周按照传统的带教方法,由专职护师进行一对一的带教;另外的25名对照组护生,于入科的1~4周起就由倒班的专职护师对其进行一对一的带教。结果观察组护生的护师满意度测评、理论知识与技术操作考核、自我评测均高于对照组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段性专科带教方法在肿瘤科护理教学中优于传统带教方式。
Objective To analyze the application of the staged specialty teaching method in the nursing teaching of oncology.Methods A total of 50 nursing students were enrolled from June 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random table method.After the nursing students passed the examination of the pre-specialty theoretical knowledge,the 25 observation group nursing students were taught by the full-time nurses in the first week after the whole student nursing teaching,and the traditional teaching methods were used in the second to fourth weeks.The nurses were taught one-on-one by full-time nurses.Results The other 25 control nurses were taught one-on-one by the shifting full-time nurses from 1 to 4 weeks after entering the department.The satisfaction evaluation,theoretical knowledge,technical operation assessment and self-evaluation of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The staged specialist teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method in oncology nursing teaching.
