摘要
全日制专业硕士研究生更加突出对实践能力的培养,本文分别从政府、大学和企业三个方面分析了我国专业硕士实践教学模式的现状,指出了政校企联合对专业硕士实践教学的促进作用,构建了基于三螺旋理论的专业硕士实践教学模式。按照三螺旋理论的专业硕士实践教学模式,分别制定了专业硕士实践教学培养的工程实践感知期、工程实践学习期、工程实践强化期和工程实践成熟期四个培养阶段的实践教学实施方式。该模式有利于提高研究生的实践创新能力,为当前专业硕士教育改革提供了路径参考。
Full-time professional postgraduate students are more prominent in the cultivation of practical ability. This paper analyzes the status of the professional master's practice teaching mode in China from three aspects: government, university and enterprise. It points out the promotion effect of the combination of political school and enterprise on the professional master's practice teaching, and constructs a professional master's practice teaching mode based on the triple helix theory. According to the professional master's practice teaching mode of the triple helix theory, the paper respectively formulates four parts of the professional master's practical teaching training: the practical teaching implementation methods of the engineering practice perception period, the engineering practice learning period, the engineering practice intensification period and the engineering practice maturity period. This model is conducive to improving the practice and innovation ability of graduate students, and provides a path reference for the current professional master's education reform.
