摘要
目的分析昆明市某社区医院中医护理技术开展情况,了解社区中医护理服务需求,为普及优质中医护理提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法分析昆明市滇池度假区医院康复科998例中医护理应用的记录资料。对社区居民进行中医护理服务需求的问卷调查。结果社区居民对中医护理的了解程度一般,但对中医护理的接受度较高,尤其是对养生保健、膳食指导、中药熏洗和外敷的中医护理需求较高。医护人员护理水平、医疗花费及报销、中医和西医护理的选择是影响实施中医护理的主要因素。结论社区中医护理应多关注老年人的需求,加强中医护理宣传力度,提高中医护理服务水平,完善相关制度。
Objective To analyze the general situation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technique in a certain community hospital in Kunming,understand the community dwellers'demand for TCM nursing service,and to provide a basis for spread of TCM nursing service Chinese medicine nursing in community environment.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to review the records of 998 cases who received TCM nursing service in Dianchi Community Health Center in Kunming City.The questionnaire survey was used to analyze the needs of community residents on TCM nursing services.Results Findings showed that most residents had a certain understanding of TCM nursing,but the acceptance of TCM nursing technique in patients was relatively high.In terms of residents'demand for TCM nursing technique and education,the healthcare was ranked on the top,followed by the dietary guidance,Chinese herbal fumigation,washing and external application.The level of care by medical staff,medical expenses and reimbursement,choices between TCM and western medicine were main factors influencing the application of TCM nursing in community.Conclusion More attention should be paid to the needs of the elderly.It is necessary to take corresponding measures to propagandize the TCM nursing,and improve quality of service and relevant system.
