摘要
目的探讨运用穴位贴敷联合雷火灸疗法防治痔瘘术后尿潴留的效果。方法痔瘘手术患者52例分为对照组和观察组,各26例。术后对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施穴位贴敷联合雷火灸疗法。记录2组患者术后首次排尿时间、首次排尿所需时间和首次排尿量,对比2组尿潴留发生情况。结果观察组首次排尿时间早于对照组,首次排尿量多于对照组,首次排尿所需时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生6(23.08%)例尿潴留,对照组发生14(53.85%)例尿潴留,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合雷火灸疗法能有效缩短痔瘘患者术后首次排尿时间,降低尿潴留发生风险。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint sticking combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on prevention of urinary retention after operation for hemorrhoids and fistula.Methods Totally 52 patients with surgical treatment for hemorrhoids and fistula under caudal anesthesia were assigned to the control group(n=26)and the observation group(n=26).All patients received routine care after the operation,and those in the observation group were given acupoint sticking combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.The time of first postoperative urination,duration of first urination and mean voided volume were observed.The incidence of post urinary retention was compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had earlier time of first postoperative urination,higher mean voided volume and shorter duration of first urination in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was 6 cases(1 case received urinary catheterization)of post urinary retention in the observation group and 14 cases(12 cases received urinary catheterization)post urinary retention in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint sticking combined with thunder-fire moxibustion therapy can effectively shorten the time of first postoperative urination and reduce the risk of postoperative urinary retention.
