摘要
目的:探讨艾灸神阙穴、关元穴、中极穴、气海穴在治疗肛肠患者术后尿潴留的临床护理疗效。方法:将54例肛肠术后尿潴留的患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者采用热敷、按摩、听流水声诱导排尿法等常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上加以艾灸神阙穴、关元穴、中极穴、气海穴的中医特色疗法,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:实验组总有效率为88.88%,对照组总有效率为44.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组明显优于对照组。结论:艾灸神阙、气海、关元、中极四穴对治疗肛肠术后尿潴留患者具有显著疗效,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing effect of moxa-moxibustion on Shenque point, Guanyuan point, Zhongji point, Qihai point on treating anorectal patients’ postoperative urinary retention. Methods: 55 cases of anorectal postoperative urinary retention were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given heat, massage, listening to the sound of water induces urination and other conventional nursing. Patients in the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing were given moxa-moxibustion on Shenque point, Guanyuan point, Zhongji point, Qihai point. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed. Results: In experimental group, the total efficiency was 88.88%, total efficiency of the control group was 44.44%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Moxa-moxibustion on Shenque point, Guanyuan point, Zhongji point, Qihai point was effective on treating anorectal patients’ postoperative urinary retention, worthy of a wide clinical application.
