摘要
阴道侧旁修补术作为治疗阴道前壁膨出的手术方式之一,应用较为广泛。目前针对阴道侧旁缺陷的诊断方法多样,但缺乏统一的诊断标准。阴道侧旁修补术有经腹、经阴及腹腔镜三种方式,需术者根据患者的情况选择适宜的手术方式。在治疗因阴道侧旁缺陷导致的阴道前壁膨出中,阴道侧旁修补术治愈率高,术后复发率低,但其长期的临床效果还须进一步观察。
Paravaginal repair is one of the surgical methods for the treatment of anterior vaginal prolapse.There are various methods for the diagnosis of paravaginal defect,but lack of exact diagnostic criteria.There are three different surgical approaches in repairing paravaginal defect:abdominal,vaginal and laparoscopic.The surgeon should choose the approaches according to the patients- condition.In the treatment of anterior vaginal prolapse caused by paravaginal defects,the cure rate is high and the recurrence rate is low,but its long-term clinical effect needs further observation.
