摘要
以乙醇为溶剂,采用超声法将黄芪中黄酮进行提取,单因素实验法得到提取黄酮的最佳条件为:1g∶30mL80%的乙醇溶液中浸泡12h,然后在75℃下超声40min,之后用紫外分光光度计于265nm波长下测定其吸光度,与芦丁标准品的标准曲线进行对比,实现黄芪中总黄酮含量的定量测定,结果为河北产黄芪中总黄酮含量为0.0074mg/g.
Using ethanol as solvent, the flavonoids in astragalus were extracted by ultrasonic method, and the best conditions for extracting flavonoids by single factor experiment were: 1 g : 30mL 80% ethanol solution soaked for 12 hours, and then ultrasound at 75℃ for 40 minutes. Then ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to determine the absorption of light at a wavelength of 265 nm, and the standard curve of the rutin standard product was compared to achieve the quantitative determination of the total flavonoids in astragalus. The result was that the total flavonoids in astragalus were 0.007 4 mg/g.
