摘要
福州地铁2号线厚庭一橘园洲站区间采用泥水平衡盾构施工,针对橘园洲站富水砂层地质,联合使用端头土体改良与钢套筒技术。对端头进行土体加固、钢套筒设计及安装,并拉紧管片、进行二次注浆,然后分析和研究盾构机掘进中的刀盘扭矩、切口水压参数及盾构接收过程中的施工要点,通过技术手段控制盾构偏差,以保证有足够的空间调整盾构姿态且进行监测。工程实践证明采用钢套筒装置能有效避免盾构到达接收过程中涌水、涌砂等风险,确保盾构机的顺利接收。该接收技术安全、经济。
The slurry balance shield construction at the Houting-Juyuanzhou section of the Fuzhou Subway Line 2 is used to combine the improvement of the soil with the steel sleeve technology for the geology of the rich water sands of the Juyuanzhou Station, end soil improvement and steel sleeve technology is joint used. The earth reinforcement, steel sleeve design, steel sleeve installation, and tension of the pipe, the second grouting is used to the end. The torque of cutter disc and hydraulic pressure parameters of cutting in the tunneling of shield tunneling machine and the key points of shield receiving is analyzed and studied. The shield deviation is controlled by technical means to ensure sufficient space to adjust the attitude of the shield and to monitor it. The engineering practice has proved that the steel sleeve device can effectively avoid the risk of water and sand gushing during the process of shield machine receiving and ensure the smooth reception. The receiving technology is safe and economic.
