摘要
以药学服务岗位需求为主线,从修订人才培养目标、优化课程内容、综合多种教学方法、建立多元化评价指标等方面展开教学改革与实践,帮助学生树立以"病人为中心"的职业意识,全面提升药学从业人员的药学服务能力。
Take the demand for pharmaceutical care as the main line,and carry out teaching reforms and practices in terms of revising personnel training goals,optimizing course content,synthesizing multiple teaching methods,and establishing diversified evaluation indicators,to help students to build up the professional consciousness of "patient-centered",comprehensively enhance the pharmaceutical care capabilities of pharmaceutical practitioners.
