摘要
针对传统扩底桩机械扩底施工工艺存在的缺陷,开发了扩底桩注浆成型新工艺,通过理论研究、工艺试验和工程实践,解决了注浆成型扩底桩的设计与施工技术难题,成功实现了工程应用。试验研究和工程应用表明,注浆成型扩底桩具有地层适应性强、施工工艺简单、设备简易、质量易控、环境友好和成本低廉等优点,具有良好的推广应用前景。
Aiming at the defects of the mechanical expansion construction process of the traditional belled piles, a new grouting-forming process of the belled piles was developed. Through theoretical research, process test and engineering practice, the technical problems of the design and construction of grouting-formed belled piles were solved and the engineering applications of grouting-formed belled piles were realized successfully. The experimental research and engineering application show that the grouting-formed belled pile has the advantages of high formation adaptability,simple construction process, simple equipment, easy quality control, environmental friendliness and low cost, and has a good prospect of promotion and application.
