注浆挤扩钻孔灌注桩在深圳世茂中心地下室抗浮中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 注浆挤扩钻孔灌注桩是基于土层可塑性和压缩性高的力学性能,通过注浆挤扩成形在钻孔灌注桩四周形成挤扩段的一种新桩型。注浆挤扩使桩-土紧密结合,桩-土之间存在较高的相互作用力,因此注浆挤扩钻孔灌注桩承载性能非常优异,特别适合作为地下工程抗拔桩。经过专家论证和现场试桩,深圳世茂中心4层地下室成功采用注浆挤扩钻孔灌注桩抗浮,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。工程应用表明,注浆挤扩钻孔灌注桩具有地层适应性强、施工工艺简单、设备简易、质量易控、环境友好和成本低廉等优点,具有良好的推广应用前景。 Based on the mechanical properties of soil layer with high plasticity and compressibility,a new pile type,bored pile with extrusion and enlargement by slip casting is developed with extruding and enlarging by slip casting.Extrusion by slip casting makes pile-soil close combination,and increases the interaction force between pile-soil.Therefore,bored pile with extrusion and enlargement by slip casting has excellent bearing performance and is especially suitable for the anti-floating of underground engineering.After expert argumentation and pile testing,the bored pile with extrusion and enlargement by slip casting has been successfully applicated in the four-storey basement anti-floating of Shenzhen Shimao Center,which has produced good economic and social benefits.The engineering application shows that the bored pile with extrusion and enlargement by slip casting has the advantages of strong adaptability to the stratum,simple construction process,simple equipment,easy quality control,friendly environment and low cost,and has a good prospect of application.
