摘要
晚清儒医陆以湉,浙江桐乡乌青镇人,业儒入仕,精擅医学.自幼力学,先中举人后成进士,无意宦海改官选任台州府、杭州府教授,期间深研医典,考古论今,垂教后人.咸丰八年(1858年),陆氏将平昔读书感悟、临证经验、见闻掌故等漫录载述,撰成《冷庐医话》五卷.著作言简意赅,针砭时弊,涉及医范医鉴、诊法用药、名医验案等诸多内容,展现其对医家品行和诊治实践的更高诉求.陆以湉及其《冷庐医话》,可以对现今提高医德修养、和谐医患关系有所启迪.
LU Yitian,a Confucian physician in the late Qing Dynasty,was born in Tongxiang County,Wuqing Town,Zhejiang Province. He became an official by studying Confucianism,being good at medicine. Since childhood,he studied hard,passing the imperial examinations to become a Jinshi. But he was disinterested in officialdom. Then he resigned the office to teach students in Taizhou and Hangzhou prefectures. During this period,he studied medical classics deeply,exploring ancient times and commenting on current affairs,which inspired future generations. In 1858,he wrote five volumes of Leng Lu Yi Hua by describing his reading experience,clinical experience and anecdotes. The book is concise in language and complete in meaning. It points out the bad atmosphere in society by means of criticism,which involves many contents such as medical model,medication for diagnosis and treatment,and effective cases of famous doctors. This shows its higher demands for doctors’ morality and practical skills in diagnosis and treatment. LU Yitian and his book Leng Lu Yi Hua can give some enlightenment to improve medical ethics and make doctor-patient relationship harmonious in today.
