摘要
火力发电厂消防系统大量采用雨淋阀组自动灭火装置,但应用效果并不理想,经常出现雨淋阀误动、拒动或自动控制系统无法投入等现象。本文对火电厂雨淋阀组选型进行分析,同时对应用过程暴露误动、拒动、水质等问题进行探讨,通过快速复位、继动器等技术改造措施,实现雨淋阀组的正确动作,保证火电厂消防系统处于良好备用状态。
The automatic fire extinguishing device of rain shower valve group is widely used in the fire con. trol system of thermal power plant, but the application effect is not ideal. It often appears that the rain shower valve is misoperated,the automatic control system can’t be put into operation and so on. In this pa. per,the selection of rain valve group in thermal power plant is analyzed,and the problems such as expo. sure misoperation,rejection and water quality in the application process are discussed. Through the technical transformation measures such as rapid reset and relay,the correct action of rain valve group is realized and thus ensures that the fire control system of thermal power plant is in a good standby state.
