摘要
炉顶齿轮箱作为高炉核心设备,一旦出现问题将严重影响高炉正常生产,本文通过对炉顶齿轮箱氮气消耗量大、局部温度偏高及异音、高水位报警甚至溢水、倾动电流大、跳电问题等常见故障进行原因分析.提出了调整方法、检查部位,特别提出了将冷却后的氮气通入齿轮箱、通过在线清洗装置实现在线清洗等切实可行的有效改进方法,达到保障炉顶齿轮箱长期、稳定运行的效果。
As the core equipment of blast furnace, llir gear box will seriously affect the normal production of blast fumace. This paper analyzes the causes of common faults such as high nitrogen consumption, high local temperature and noise, high water level alarm and even Overflow, large tilt current, am] power jump problems in the gearbox at the top of the fumace, and puts forward adjustment methods and inspection sites. In particular, practical and effective improvement methods such as feeding cooled nitrogen into the gearbox and on-line cleaning through the online cleaning device are put forward to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the top gearbox of the furnace.
