回转支承是高炉无料钟炉顶传动齿轮箱中承受载荷最大的部件,在振动、高温、灰尘和高炉煤气的复合作用下长年运行,工况恶劣,易产生突发故障.对某厂传动齿轮箱进行振动分析、油脂光谱分析和材质分析表明:振动分析是高炉无料钟炉顶传动齿轮箱故障诊断和事故分析的有效手段.
The turning bearing runs all the year round under the circumstance of vibration, high temperature, dust and blast furnace coal gas, and tends to break down. Vibration aralysis was made for effective fault diagnosis.
