摘要
针对河流治理现状及存在的问题,通过分析生态治理的理念及措施,提出了在河流治理中应注重河流的自然性及多功能性,实现人水和谐共处的治理目标。
With the development of China s economy and society, people s activities have caused serious damage to rivers. On the other hand, people s demand for ecological environment is increasing. However, at present, flood control and dredging are still the main methods of river regulation, which are mostly constructed from the perspective of water conservancy projects. This paper analyses the concept of ecological management and some measures, and puts forward that attention should be paid to the naturalness and multifunction of rivers in river management, so as to achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence of human beings and water.
