摘要
通过问卷调查法和数理统计法对医药专科学生的体育锻炼动机、锻炼行为状况进行分层—随机抽样调查并对比分析.结果表明,医药专科学生体育锻炼动机处于较强烈层次,但是比本科学生弱,男生锻炼动机要强于女生,临床专业学生锻炼动机强于药学和护理;参加体育锻炼的项目较单一,内容不丰富;男生锻炼行为分值要高于女生,临床专业学生锻炼行为分值高于药学和护理;每周锻炼次数较多,每次锻炼时间少,锻炼方法不科学;研究发现,锻炼动机与锻炼行为之间存在密切的关联,P<0.01.
Questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the motivation and exercise behavior in physical exercise of medical college students in a stratified and random way. The results of the research showed that, first, the motivation of college medical students’ physical exercise was rather strong but weaker than that of the undergraduate students;the exercise motivation of male students was stronger than that of female students, and the exercise motivation of clinical students was stronger than that of pharmacy and nursing students;second, the physical exercise programs were not rich in content;third, the score of exercise behavior of male students was higher than that of female students, and the score of exercise behavior of clinical students was higher than that of pharmacy and nursing students, and there was a high frequency of exercise per week, but the time of exercise was less sufficient, and the exercise method was not scientific;fourth, there was a close correlation between exercise motivation and exercise behavior, with P<0.01. According to the current situation, it is suggested to strengthen the motivation of physical exercise of medical college students, improve the level of physical and mental health through scientific physical exercise.
