摘要
目的探讨前瞻性护理在胃肠减压中的应用效果。方法选取我院胃肠外科2017年4月~2018年4月采用胃肠减压术治疗肠梗阻的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用前瞻性的护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的一次置管成功率为85.0%,高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总满意度为100%,高于对照组的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理并发症总发生率为22.5%,明显低于对照组的57.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肠梗阻患者胃肠减压中应用前瞻性护理,可降低护理风险,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the prospective nursing in the gastrointestinal decompression.Methods A total of 80 patients with intestinal obstruction treated by gastrointestinal decompression from April 2017 to April 2018 in Department of Gastroin Testinal Surgery of our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was adopted the conventional nursing care,and the observation group was adopted prospective nursing.The clinical effect in two groups were compared.Results The success rate of primary catheterization in the observation group was (85.0%),which was higher than that of control group (50.0%),with significant difference (P<0.05).The degree of total satisfaction in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group (75.0%),with significant difference (P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing complications in the observation group was 22.5%,which was significantly lower than 57.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the prospective nursing in the gastrointestinal decompression for intestinal obstruction patients can reduce the nursing risks and improve the satisfaction degree.
