摘要
高校作为学生党员发展和思想政治教育工作的实施主体和管理者,构建学生党员发展和质量管理体系是提高学生党员队伍质量的一项重要内容。综述近些年研究成果,当前高校对于学生党员发展质量等问题的研究已成为重点研究课题。在“控量提质”背景下,通过理论研究和比较研究等方法,深入探讨高校学生党员质量现状和原因,提出对策与建议。
As the main body and administrator of the development of student Party members and ideological and political education,it is an important content for colleges and universities of improving the quality of student Party members to construct the development and quality management system of student Party members. Summarizing the research results in recent years,the research on the quality of student Party members development in colleges and universities has become a key research topic. Based on the background of “quantity control and quality improvement”,through theoretical research and comparative research,this paper probes into the current situation and causes of the quality of college student Party members,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
