摘要
新形势下高职院校肩负着为社会培养高素质技能型人才的重要历史使命,高职院校党建工作是学校人才培养的重要保障。因此,高职院校基层党建工作对高职教育和高职院校发展有着直接的影响。高职院校应当从现状入手,进行党建工作创新的实践探索。
