摘要
目的探讨延续性护理干预模式对复杂冠状动脉介入术后患者抗血小板药物依从性的影响,为护理干预提供依据。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院住院诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)并行冠状动脉(冠脉)造影的复杂冠脉病变患者203例,按随机数字表法分为延续性护理组(观察组)101例和常规护理组(对照组)102例。对照组按常规方式护理,出院时向患者行常规系统的健康教育和出院指导;观察组按照预先设计好的健康管理计划实施延续性护理服务,比较两组患者抗血小板药物应用的依从性。结果出院后6和12个月评测,观察组患者经延续护理后的定期康复、定时服药、适当运动和饮食调整得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且按时正确服药患者比例均高于对照组(P<0.05),说明观察组用药依从性优于对照组。结论对服用抗血小板药物的复杂冠心病经皮冠脉介入术后患者给予延续护理,能有效提高其抗血小板用药依从性。
Objective To discuss the influence of extended nursing interventional mode on compliance of antiplatelet drugs in patients with complex coronary artery lesions after interventional treatment, and provide evidence for nursing intervention. Methods The patients(n=203) with complex coronary artery lesions hospitalized with the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD) and undergone coronary angiography(CAG) were chosen from Beijing Anzhen Hospital affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences form Jan. 2017 to Dec. 2017.All patients were divided, according to random digital table, into observation group(n=101) and control group(n=102). The control group was received routine nursing mode, and the patients were given routine systematic health education and discharge guide at time of discharging from hospital. The observation group was received extended nursing service according to designed health management plan. The compliance of antiplatelet drugs was compared between 2 groups. Results The results of reviews after discharged from hospital for 6 months and 12 months showed that the scores from regular inhabitation, regular medication, proper exercises and diet regulation were higher in observation group after extended nursing than those in control group(P<0.05). The percentage of patients with correct medication on schedule were higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05),which indicated that the medicinal compliance was higher in observation group. Conclusion The extended nursing mode applied in patients with complex coronary artery lesions and taking after antiplatelet drugs PCI can effectively improve the compliance of antiplatelet drugs.
